An agent that actually shows up to your meetings
MeetBase doesn't just sit in the corner and transcribe. It arrives briefed on your history, speaks up the moment you ask, and captures everything — so it works like a teammate, not a recorder.
Joins your meetings automatically
Connect your calendar once. MeetBase watches your schedule and dials into the calls you mark, on Google Meet — no copy-pasting links, no bot wrangling. It's listening from the first word.
Walks in briefed on your history
Before a recurring call, MeetBase reviews the Space it belongs to — the last meeting's decisions, open questions, and unfinished action items — and shows up with that context in hand. Ask 'where did we leave this?' and it already knows. You can get the same brief by email before the meeting starts.

Named-speaker transcripts, in real time
Every line is attributed to the person who said it, streamed live as the conversation happens. Diarization, timestamps, and clean punctuation — accurate enough to quote, fast enough to read along.

Great — let's say the 15th to be safe.
Notes, decisions & action items
The moment a call ends, MeetBase delivers a structured recap: what was decided, who owns what, and the open questions left on the table. No more reconstructing a meeting from memory.

Do we run a phased rollout?
Every meeting sorted into Spaces
MeetBase files each call under the client, project, or topic it belongs to — automatically. Open a Space and see the full history: notes, decisions, and action items in one place.
Chat with your entire meeting history
Ask 'what did we decide about pricing last month?' or 'what are my open action items?' and get an answer grounded in the transcript — with the exact moment it was said.
On June 3, the team agreed to launch pricing v2 on the 15th and grandfather legacy plans for 90 days.

Not a silent recorder — a participant.
Every other notetaker just listens and transcribes. MeetBase can optionally speak up in the meeting: ask it a question and it answers out loud, tell it to summarize and it speaks the recap — then it still writes everything down.
Sit silent in the corner. Listen, transcribe, and hand you a wall of text after the call.
Has a voice in the room. Address it and it answers out loud, in real time — then still writes the recap.
While other tools quietly transcribe in the background, MeetBase is the one teammate in the call you can actually talk to.
MeetBase, what did we decide about pricing?
MeetBase · aloudYou landed on launching v2 on the 15th and grandfathering legacy plans for 90 days.

Questions, answered
Everything you need to know about how MeetBase works, joins, and keeps your meetings private.
What is MeetBase?
MeetBase is an AI meeting agent that joins your video calls, takes notes and captures action items automatically, and organizes every meeting into Spaces you can search and chat with. Unlike a silent notetaker, it can also answer questions out loud during the meeting.
How does MeetBase join my meetings?
Connect your Google Calendar once (read-only), then choose which meetings to enable — or let MeetBase auto-join recurring calls. It joins on Google Meet as a visible participant, with no links to paste and nothing to download.
Can MeetBase speak during a meeting?
Yes. Ask it a question in the call and it answers out loud, grounded in the live transcript; tell it to summarize and it speaks the recap. Speaking is optional — you can turn it on per meeting, or leave MeetBase silent and just taking notes.
Do the other participants know MeetBase is there?
Yes. MeetBase always joins as a named, visible participant in the attendee list. It never records covertly or impersonates a person.
Is my meeting data private and secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, isolated per user with row-level security, and never used to train AI models. You can delete any transcript, or your entire account and its data, at any time.
What calendar access does MeetBase need?
By default MeetBase connects read-only — it only reads your calendar to know when to join. If you'd like it to create or manage calendar events for you, you can grant write access; that's entirely your choice, and you can revoke it anytime.
Can MeetBase connect to my other tools?
Yes. Connect apps like Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets, and MeetBase can turn meeting outcomes into action — create a task, post a recap, or log a row — when you ask. Connecting an app goes through that app's own permission screen, where you approve exactly what MeetBase can access, and you can disconnect anytime.
Which meeting platforms does MeetBase support?
MeetBase works with Google Meet and Google Calendar.
How much does MeetBase cost?
MeetBase has a free tier, and no credit card is required to get started.
